Sanchi Tamari and Quinoa flavoured Rice Crackers


Crunchy and distinctly oriental in style, these are traditional Japanese crackers made from glutinous rice and quinoa grains flavoured with soy sauce and other essential seasonings. Delicious, healthy alternative to standard western snacking products. Crackers are lightly steamed and then baked - so they are low in fat Quinoa is high in protein, calcium and iron, a relatively good source of vitamin E and several of the B vitamins. It contains an almost perfect balance of all eight essential amino acids needed for tissue development in humans.
