SK Dry Dashi Kombu 57g


Dry kombu (kelp) sheets for "dashi" soup stock. First soak 1 1/2 pieces of kombu in water for 30 minutes and heat the water gently. Turn off the heat just before the water boils. Dashi is essential for miso soup and many other Japanese dishes.
